Junior Graphic Designer

Zorch is a Chicago-based Branded Merchandise and corporate apparel distributor that provides simplified, technology-driven solutions for Fortune 500 companies. We're looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, shows curiosity and initiative, and is eager to continue growing their skills as a key player on a small but mighty team of creatives. Key Responsibilities Bring our brand and our clients' brands to life across a variety of touchpoints, including presentation decks, Branded Merchandise, print collateral, and other visual communications. Organize and maintain design files, assets, and templates to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficient collaboration. Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, coordinating with internal and external partners as needed. Develop high-quality 2D and 3D mockups, renderings, and visualizations that help communicate design concepts and support decision-making. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating ideas and project updates clearly and professionally. Receive and incorporate feedback constructively while offering thoughtful design recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience. 1–2 years of professional design experience is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint. Based in or near the Chicago area, with the ability to work from our downtown Chicago office one day per week.
