About Us We are a growing real estate investment and property management company based in Los Angeles, with a portfolio spanning over 1,000 residential units and nearly 1 million square feet of commercial space. As we expand our team and scale our operations, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to lead and evolve our internal accounting department. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape financial operations for both owned and third-party assets. About the Role The Senior Accountant will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance across our real estate portfolio. You will lead a team of two senior accountants and five staff accountants, ensuring timely, accurate, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting for internal stakeholders, investors, and third-party clients. This role reports directly to the President and works closely with Asset Management and Operations to support strategic decision-making and organizational efficiency.
