As Systems Analyst, it is required you bring strong technical skills and experience of performing Systems Analysis for various product initiatives and build a backlog of systems requirements that can be assigned to various developers. You are also responsible for ensuring reviews of the requirements, design, code and help plan SIT and UAT testing as well as release. You will be working closely with the business team comprising of business analysts, business owners, QA team as well as IT team members like applications Architect, developers, product and project managers and other team members.Required Job Qualifications* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience. * Knowledge of application configuration* Knowledge or experience of Claims processing and Components.* Accountable for enhancements or new capabilities covering functional, non-functional and systemsrequirements to help build high performing, robust applications for the products.* Help conduct and facilitate design & code reviews; expertise in system design creation.* Knowledge of Big Data Analytics - HAVeN / HADOOP/ Autonomy / Vertica* Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies* Knowledge of Integration Technologies - Tibco/Informatica/CAS* Knowledge of Mobile technologies - Phonegap / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5* Knowledge of Scripting Languages - BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY* Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST* Web Technologies - HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#* Rapid prototyping* Requirements definition & management* SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development* System Performance management* Conceptual thinking* Creative thinking* Problem solving and analytical thinking* Strong oral/written communication skillsPreferred Job Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related* Support apps operations by addressing operational, production and ad-hoc requests.* Solid knowledge of current and emerging technologies to apply it towards solutions in businessapplications, with possible integrations and/or data movement with existing distributed applications.* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work effectively through change.* Exposure to data integration, data mapping & transformation needs with distributed applications.* Ability to create detail design and resolution to the operational / production incident resolution support against tight timeframe.* Knowledge in application development platforms and/or languages (Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices).* Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar and Java applications..* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work effectively through change.* Knowledge of current and emerging technologies to apply it towards solutions in business applications, with possible integrations and/or data movement with existing distributed applications.* Teamwork and collaboration.* Deep systems analysis, app dev with SDLC in agile framework with data & integration experience on modern application development platform.NOTE: This is a WFH role.
