Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Project Manager with a local contractor in Eureka. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, schedules, projects, and office operations in a growing construction environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries received through the company website and other communication channels
• Schedule project bids, field crews, and project-related activities
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines
• Prepare material and supply lists for upcoming projects
• Scan, organize, and maintain project and invoice documentation
• Assist with invoice processing and filing
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and process documentation
• Communicate with customers, vendors, crews, and management to ensure projects stay on track
• Support daily administrative functions related to construction operations

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of project management, project coordination, or construction administration experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with office administration and scheduling
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
