Route Sales Support Representative - No Weekends

This is not a typical drop-and-go route sales position. If you’re looking for a delivery driver role, this is not the right fit for you. In this role, you’ll support established routes, ensuring our customers consistently receive a high level of service that makes Hunt Brothers Pizza the number one pizza brand in the convenience store space. WHAT YOU’LL DO Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Hunt Brothers Pizza and TBHC Delivers brands professionally at every stop Independently unload, rotate, and stock product while delivering a level of service that goes beyond the industry standard Build relationships with store managers/owners to identify opportunities, drive sales growth, and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records throughout the day Safely operate a TBHC Delivers truck to service assigned convenience store accounts WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Dependable – You show up prepared, follow through, and deliver consistent results Customer Obsessed – You take pride in serving others and are driven by helping customers succeed Driven – You are resilient in challenging situations, think critically to solve problems, and are committed to finishing what you start Service Minded – You hold a high standard for doing the job right and go beyond what is expected Physical Execution – You meet the physical demands of a high-performance route with consistency, stamina, and a focus on safety Strong Communicator – You communicate clearly, professionally, and build trust quickly Relationship Oriented – You build positive, productive relationships with customers and team members Passionate – You are driven to succeed and help others around you succeed WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU JOIN God-centered culture committed to being a blessing to all we serve $2,500 sign-on bonus You will be paid for 50 hours per week, even on weeks where your actual hours are less, providing consistent pay and a minimum annual earning of $50,000 Opportunity to earn up to $4,300 in additional sales incentives Pay increases after three months and six months of employment 4-day work week - enjoy 166 days off per year (about 45% of the year off) Paid time off A career path leading to Account Manager and beyond 80% of company leadership started in this position – we build talent and promote from within. REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (at times), bend, and lift to rotate existing stock with new stock Ability to climb into a large commercial truck, on average, 40 times per day Ability to work a 4-day workweek comprised of workdays up to 14 hours (average workweek is 50 hours) Flexibility to work overnight routes as needed High school diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for three years, including no DUIs Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements/driver eligibility to obtain/maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement About Us TBHC Delivers provides direct-to-store delivery for Hunt Brothers® Pizza to convenience stores across the United States.
