Position: Data Delivery Manager

Location: Hanover, NJ

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience
• Delivery Management Experience
• 7 years of experience leading complex technology data or transformation programs in large organizations
• Proven track record managing end to end delivery of largescale initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams
• Experience delivering enterprise scale technology programs across business operations and engineering teams
• Program Project Management
• Strong program management planning organization and execution skills
• Experience managing integrated project plans milestones dependencies risks budgets and resource plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast paced environment
• Familiarity with Agile Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ability to influence and coordinate across senior business technology operations and control stakeholders
• Experience preparing executive level communications and governance materials
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to drive decisions and achieve consensus
• Governance Controls
• Experience operating within regulated environments and coordinating governance risk compliance and control processes
• Ability to manage audits approvals operational readiness reviews and documentation requirements
• Strong understanding of program governance risk management and control frameworks
• Data Platform Technology Knowledge
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms analytics ecosystems and software delivery processes
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts cloud-based data architectures
• APIs data integration patterns and enterprise technology platforms
• Ability to effectively partner with Architecture Data Engineering Infrastructure and Security teams
• Working knowledge of AI analytics and modern data platform technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
