Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Financial Analyst , your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manufacturing cost accounting and profitability analysis.
• Financial modeling and business performance analysis.
• Supporting ERP enhancements and process improvements.
• Partnering with cross-functional business teams to improve financial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Financial Analyst who enjoys the work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization.

The ideal Financial Analyst would have deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• Manufacturing Finance
• Cost Accounting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Financial Modeling
• ERP Systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Variance Analysis
• Cross-functional Business Partnering

We understand that even if you are a seasoned Financial Analyst, you may not have every skill listed above.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience: 3+ years of Finance/Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
