Expectations from You: Financial Leadership: Demonstrate experience in leading financial operations with a strategic vision. Startup Versatility: Thrive in the dynamic environment of a startup, bringing agility and innovation to the financial domain. Fundraising Expertise: Proven ability to engage with venture capital, secure investment, and manage investor relations. Compliance and Control: Ensure that financial processes and records are in compliance with regulations and that internal controls are operating effectively. Requirements: Strategic Thinker: Ability to devise financial strategy that aligns with overarching business goals. Experience: Significant finance experience within a startup or dynamic high-growth company, preferably with B2B SaaS background. Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset that supports informed decision‑making. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
