Chargeback and Fraud Supervisor

Leading daily operations, the full-time remote Chargeback and Fraud Supervisor will ensure accurate processing of disputed transactions and chargebacks while coordinating team workflows and serving as a subject matter expert in chargeback-related processes. Key responsibilities Oversee the processing of disputed transactions, chargebacks, and payment reversals in compliance with internal and external requirements Coordinate team workflows, monitor service levels, and resolve escalated issues effectively Collaborate with internal business groups and external financial institutions to improve process flows and identify risks Required qualifications A minimum of three years of finance, banking, or related experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred Previous chargeback experience is advantageous Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies and payment processing systems
