Store Manager

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations, staff, and processes to ensure efficient daily functioning and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws. Communicate performance expectations, conduct reviews, and address disciplinary matters. Oversee store opening and closing, evaluate sales and inventory data to identify trends, and manage ordering to meet stock targets. Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and proper signage to optimize sales. Maintain store security, cash handling procedures, and financial integrity through strict controls. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Adhere to company policies, complete required documentation, and support safety and operational standards. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret safety and operational documents, perform math calculations, and handle cash accurately. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail practices. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended. Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, occasional climbing, and driving are required in a fast-paced, moderate noise setting with exposure to weather conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
