Part time Registered Nurse

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-time Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Assited Living community , ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment for our memory care residents. Your expertise will support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services while fostering a positive and healing environment. This position offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. We want an additional RN to work day shift hours to assist our RN with the needs of our residents.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols, ensuring accuracy and safety.
* Monitor patients conditions closely, utilizing experience to identify changes requiring immediate intervention.
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Document all patient interactions accurately within medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
* Assist with supporting RN and Executive Director in ensuring nursing department is running smoothly.
* Support infection control protocols.

*Skills*

* Proven care experience
* Experience in infectious disease care, behavioral health, geriatrics, nursing is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with medical terminology, physiology knowledge, and utilization management practices.
* Excellent patient service skills with the ability to perform thorough patient assessment and intake procedures.
* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, discharge planning, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
* Ability to work effectively in Assited living memory care settings with a focus on case management and care coordination. Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
