Develop Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.

Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Team up with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy methods to bolster ongoing progress at home.

Monitor and Document Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

Genuine passion for improving lives and helping individuals achieve their utmost level of independence

Empathetic and clear communication skills for effective interactions with both patients and colleagues
