Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred
• Strong expertise in CMDB and ITOM
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM
• Knowledge of MID Server architecture and configuration
• Familiarity with Service Graph and Service Graph Connectors
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory capabilities
• Preferred experience in IRM/GRC, SPM, AI governance, Now Assist/GenAI, cloud integrations, or enterprise AI asset discovery
• Prior AI Control Tower experience is not required; we value a seasoned ServiceNow subject matter expert who can assess an environment, understand dependencies, and provide senior-level technical direction

• Provide senior-level guidance on CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and Discovery
• Advise on integrating AI Control Tower with our existing ServiceNow architecture
• Assess approaches to AI asset discovery and integration
• Apply expertise in MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, CMDB tables, and Discovery
• Turn requirements and current-state architecture into technical recommendations
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations
• Help plan the architecture for a potential larger implementation

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow AI Consultant for our client in Austin, Texas, to support a strategic AI Control Tower initiative focused on enterprise visibility, governance, and controls for AI assets. This is primarily an advisory and architecture role rather than a hands-on development position, with participation in selected discovery sessions, assessment of the current ServiceNow environment, and technical guidance on integration with existing capabilities. Compensation depends on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs; the posted range may change, and this role is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
