Overview
The Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities

Patient Care:
- ssess patients' physical and emotional status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- dminister medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- ssist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs).
Documentation:
- ccurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.
- Maintain detailed and organized patient charts.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients' families to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Quality Improvement:
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance evaluations.
- dhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Professional Development:
- Maintain current nursing licensure and certifications.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications

Education:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license in the state of [State].
Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
