Events Staff

TXA TXA Club is looking for reliable, hospitality-minded Event Staff to join our team.

Our events range from intimate dinners and private parties to weddings, celebrations, pop-ups, and larger catered events. We’re looking for people who enjoy the energy of events, take pride in their work, and understand that great hospitality comes from a strong team working together.

We are hiring for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) event positions.

• Assist with event setup and breakdown (transporting tables, chairs, equipment)

• Welcome and take care of guests throughout the event

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service

• Set and clear tables, replenish stations, and maintain a clean environment

• Tend bar for set ups ranging from wine pouring to full cocktail service

• Communicate guest needs and event details clearly with the team

• Help create a warm, welcoming, and professional guest experience

• Assist with dishes, breakdown, and cleanup

• Assist with food preparation and event execution (some restaurant prep included)

• Follow prep lists, recipes, and direction from the culinary team

• Assist with plating, buffet and station setup, and food service

• Replenish food throughout the event

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Assist with dishes, breakdown, and cleanup

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Previous restaurant, catering, hospitality, events, or professional kitchen experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and prepared to work

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to take direction and communicate clearly with teammates

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Willing to jump between responsibilities when needed

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends

• Genuine interest in hospitality and taking care of people
