Proclinical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join a dynamic team in the US. This position focuses on managing recruitment processes, collaborating with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and providing insights into industry trends.


Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key part in attracting top talent and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Success Factors) to manage recruitment processes.
• Strong ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to track recruiting metrics and report on accomplishments.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics within the pharmaceutical or diabetes sector is a plus.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II's responsibilities will be:

• Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct pre-screening of candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage open job requisitions and update the Success Factors Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and achieve recruiting metrics while reporting key accomplishments.
• Compile and share knowledge on industry overviews, market trends, and best practices with team members and business leaders.
