Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and document changes in health status.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
- Ensure proper documentation of resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
- Uphold facility policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
