Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty

License: Must have a valid Ohio license prior to submission, compact licenses accepted for certain starts

Certifications: Active required certifications

Must-Have:

• One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for
• Compliance with a COVID-19 vaccine mandate, with only medical or religious exemptions considered
• A flu vaccine is also required, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons
• Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending
• A background check will be conducted, and any open cases will disqualify the applicant
• All candidates must be nicotine-free, with a negative drug screening required within 12 months of starting
• Candidates with facial hair must have an approved medical or religious exemption to use personal protective equipment
• Candidates will need to complete fingerprinting onsite before the start date
• Travelers may extend their contract for a period of 18 months, after which a six-month break is required
• Modules must be completed before starting work and are billed as necessary
• Annual training modules will also apply to continuous contract travelers
