Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks while assisting the operational accountants with administrative duties. Responsibilities Process weekly AP draws Scan deposits to the bank Scan bank reconciliation for record‑keeping Distribute financial draw information Conduct and balance monthly AP audits Enter biweekly payroll invoices Compile month‑end reports received from the site teams Requirements Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Must be self‑motivated with attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figures Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Part‑Time $20.50 to $21.00 per hour.
