This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, at Spirit's Defense Business Unit ("Spirit Defense"). Position Responsibilities: * Designs/Manages/maintains the development of the business process architecture for business process improvement strategies and initiatives. * Acquires, develops, deploys, and uses business process architecture methodologies and computing tools to capture, analyze, and integrate business process and data design by applying expert and practical knowledge of all aspects of process management. * Works directly with managers to scope, plan, and establish business process direction and strategies; business process subject matter experts to actively develop and maintain business process architecture; vendors to evaluate and acquire methods and tools; and the information technology organization to ensure that business process designs define computing system requirements. * Integrating data from different sources, such as ERP systems, logistics providers, and suppliers, into a unified system * Perform comprehensive analysis of transactional system data for procured part forecast/demand Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): * Bachelor's Degree * 2-5+ years of related experience * Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * SAP experience * Project Management * Communication Skills * Follow through * Aggressive Multitasking Ability * Demonstrated experience in/knowledge of Change Management, Risk Management, Affordability Management, Earned Value Management, Integrated master scheduling, business management * Proficiency in MS Office Suite of tools * Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, innovative behaviors, and the ability to multi-task in a challenging environment * Experience working & negotiating with cross-functional teams * Strong written & oral communication skills * Basic Microsoft Suite * Project Management applications Drug Free Workplace: We are a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $60,300 - $92,450 Kansas Tax Credit: Join Spirit AeroSystems' Kansas team and you may be eligible for a $5,000 state of Kansas Aviation tax credit for up to five years.
