Commitment: 10-15 Hours per week, internship duration through end of Fall Semester (Dec 2026)

We want to hear from you.

AntiFragile is seeking one or more resourceful, music-obsessed interns to help bring existing music catalogs to new audiences through song flips, samples, interpolations, remixes, artist collaborations, and compelling digital campaigns.

The opportunity is to help turn great songs into fresh creative possibilities—and move those ideas from discovery toward execution.

What you'll do

Discover the next creative opportunity

• Explore our catalogs for distinctive hooks, melodies, lyrics, grooves, and overlooked songs with contemporary potential.
• Develop specific ideas for reimagining tracks across hip-hop, pop, electronic, R&B, country, and other genres.
• Build concise creative briefs explaining the original song, the proposed direction, and the artists or audiences it could connect with.

Connect songs with creators

• Research producers, artists, songwriters, DJs, and content creators whose sound fits each opportunity.
• Help prepare targeted pitches and organize outreach, demos, and follow-ups.
• If you produce music, create rough demos or sketches using approved materials to show what a flip could become.

Support rights research and project coordination

• Research songwriter, publisher, and master ownership information using industry databases and available records.
• Organize credits, source links, timestamps, and clearance-request materials.
• Support our team's approval process and maintain an organized project tracker. Rights decisions and negotiations remain with the company's authorized team.

Build campaigns that make people listen

• Develop TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts concepts that connect an original song with its new interpretation.
• Identify relevant creator communities, cultural moments, and engaging storytelling angles.
• Track results and help assess which ideas generate meaningful engagement and listening.

Who we're looking for

You have strong musical taste, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to explain why a particular idea could work. You're organized enough to follow through and comfortable researching details.

We welcome complementary strengths:

• Creative / production: You make beats, remix, write songs, work in a DAW, or hear unexpected musical connections.
• A&R / music business: You discover artists, understand musical communities, enjoy research, and communicate clearly.
• Digital / creator marketing: You understand short-form content, edit engaging videos, and can distinguish a useful campaign concept from a passing trend.

You do not need to do all three. Show us where you're strongest. Relevant personal projects count—previous music-industry experience is welcome but not required.
