Professionals in St. George with current priority needs during 6:00 AM–2:30pm and 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, including weekends.

We offer competitive pay for this role, $18/hr weekday hours and $19/hr weekends.

We’re looking for caregivers who already have hands-on experience with transfers, wheelchair mobility, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and dressing - and who understand that in caregiving, a client’s needs, schedule, and level of support can change over time.

What You'll Be Doing

This is hands-on caregiving—not a companionship-only opportunity. Depending on the client and shift, care may include:

• Transfers and wheelchair mobility assistance
• Toileting, brief changes, and incontinence care
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Meal preparation and meal support
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and relationship-based care
• Observing, documenting, and communicating changes in condition

Some current care routines require two Care Pros working together for transfers , making punctuality, communication, and teamwork especially important. 

Who We're Looking For

You should already have hands-on caregiving experience and feel confident providing personal care.

You'll be especially well suited for these opportunities if you:

• Have experience with transfers and mobility assistance
• Are comfortable with toileting and incontinence care
• Can confidently provide bathing and dressing assistance
• Stay calm when a client's abilities or care needs change
• Understand that schedules may evolve as client needs change
• Are dependable and communicate early when something affects your availability
• Follow established care plans and safety procedures
• Notice and report changes rather than simply completing tasks
• Enjoy building relationships with the people you serve
• Want to continue working in caregiving as individual assignments change

Gait belt experience is strongly preferred. Hospice and Hoyer/mechanical lift experience are valuable.

Current Priority Availability

We have an immediate need for experienced Care Pros available:

Morning: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM Evening: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM Location: St. George Weekend availability is especially valuable.

These are our current priority care windows. Because client needs can change, specific assignments and hours may change over time. We're especially interested in Care Pros who can bring some flexibility and are open to supporting other clients as needs and schedules evolve.
