Physical Therapist (Supervisor)

We are looking for a registered Physical Therapist (Supervisor) to join our rehab SNF team. We're looking for a driven, caring, passionate individual to join our talented rehab team. This position offers a retention bonus and excellent rates!

This supervisor PT position will cover a small area of facilities within Pinellas County. The therapist would cover evaluations, re-certifications, treatments, and other duties as assigned. Paid drive time between facilities.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:

• Supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants
• Evaluation and Treatment of Residents
• Maintaining timely clinical documentation and billing of Physical Therapy services provided
• Effectively communicates with residents, families, and facility staff
• Completes all specific duties related to resident care, record keeping, education, compliance, and efficiency.
• Attend and participate in department meetings.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Must be a Physical Therapist in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to LTC/SNF setting and geriatric population
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
