Wage Range : $15.00 per hour DOE We seek Team Members who: Are genuine, have a positive attitude and are helpful Love to learn Are team players who celebrate their own and other’s success Are able to thrive in a retail environment Can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet Maintain store cleanliness Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of product, cycle counts Participate in merchandising, work on creative display of products Attend store and company meetings (some meetings may be before or after hours) Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math Requirements Required Skills Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder Able to stand for extended periods of time Highly accountable and has integrity Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends Desire to build a career with us!
