We're looking for an experienced, results driven Service Manager to lead our service department and help us continue that tradition of excellence.

As Service Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team of technicians and service advisors, set the tone for department culture, and work closely with dealership leadership to hit key performance goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the automotive service business inside and out and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Do

• Manage all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and staffing
• Recruit, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians to build a high performing team
• Monitor department KPIs including CSI scores, labor hours, gross profit, and technician efficiency
• Ensure customers receive timely, transparent, and courteous service from check-in to pickup
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and find solutions that keep clients coming back
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty guidelines
• Manage parts inventory in coordination with the parts department to reduce downtime
• Set and track monthly and annual service department goals in partnership with dealership management
• Stay current on Acura factory updates, service bulletins, and industry best practices
• Foster a safe, organized, and productive shop environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, ideally within an Acura or other Honda/import dealership environment
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and retaining high performing teams
• Solid understanding of service department financials, including labor rates, gross profit, and fixed ops metrics
• Excellent communication skills and a customer first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications a plus
• Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
