What You’ll Do:

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll hit the ground running by:
• Driving revenue growth through rentals and sales.
• Building real relationships with contractors and customers.
• Prospecting like a pro—cold calls, job site visits, office drop-ins.
• Creating smart solutions for customers that keep them coming back.
• Preparing quotes and presentations to close the deal.

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a self-starter who knows how to hustle and loves the construction industry.

Must-Haves:

• Outside sales experience in equipment rental or construction.
• Strong relationship-building skills—contractors should know you by name.
• A competitive, driven personality who doesn’t wait for leads to fall in their lap.
• Confidence in cold-calling, job site visits, and customer service.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and smartphones—we keep it simple.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
