AdventHealth Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic APRN/PA to join our growing Vascular Surgery Clinic. Open Heart coming 2027! Ideal candidate should expect: Mon-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12noon (1p-5p admin/flex time) Responsible for follow-up appointments Work cohesively with current seasoned Vascular Surgeon. We are hiring an additional Vascular Surgeon. Must have at least 2-3 years of APRN/PA Vascular or similar Cardiology experience Mentoring and practice onboarding- we’re invested in your success Schedule/Staff that demand work/life balance Collegial work environment/Family feel EPIC EMR/DAX AI Ideal candidate should have: 2+ years’ experience as APRN/PA in Vascular or Cardiology Clinic setting preferred Three years of previous experience as RN preferred if APRN Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures Education, Licensure, and Certification Required Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or Master’s Degree as Physician Assistant BLS, ACLS DEA/ Florida License (or eligible) Benefits: Med/Dental/Vision available first day of employment Competitive compensation guaranteed salary and based on years of experience 21 Paid leave days 5 CME days/ $4000.00 yearly allowance, license and membership fees 403B retirement plan- Fidelity Sign-on and Relocation allowance No state income tax Paid parental leave
