Windows Systems Administrator

Salary: $83,200 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of dedicated Windows Server administration experience in enterprise settings.
• We need hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• We need a strong background in patch management and vulnerability remediation using MECM/SCCM.
• We need practical experience with cloud and virtualization platforms such as VMware, Nutanix, Azure, or AWS.
• We need direct experience supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Preferred: background in Citrix administration and support.
• Preferred: familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing, incident, and change management workflows.
• Preferred: demonstrated experience leading system migrations and operating system upgrade projects.
• We require a bachelors degree.

• We manage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets for Windows Server, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 queues while meeting SLA expectations.
• We lead vulnerability remediation and patching efforts for Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, and core infrastructure.
• We perform root-cause analysis, advanced troubleshooting, and issue resolution across cloud, virtualized, and on-premises systems.
• We carry out infrastructure initiatives such as Windows Server OS upgrades, MECM/SCCM migrations, and system configuration changes.
• We maintain thorough technical documentation, SOPs, and operational knowledge articles.

We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to support and maintain our core enterprise infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments. In this role, you will help keep our operational systems secure through patch management, vulnerability remediation, and ticket resolution. You will join a collaborative infrastructure team supporting multi-region environments and driving continuous improvements. The role is telecommute and is offered as a contract position with a work schedule of 8am to 5pm.
