Job Details Location: Jonesboro, GA 30236 Position Type: Part‑Time Salary Range: $45.00 hourly (potentially up to $53.00 hourly with differentials) Travel: Requires frequent travel Shift: Weekend Job Category: Nursing – PDN Advanced Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for medically fragile children and adults in home and school settings. This position offers a more personalized care model, allowing for stronger patient outcomes and professional satisfaction. Compensation & Differential Pay Base Pay: $45.00 hourly Differentials: Trach: +$2.00 per hour Vent: +$3.00 per hour Nights: +$2.00 per hour Weekends: +$3.00 per hour Holidays: +$3.00 per hour Flexible scheduling (full‑time, part‑time, PRN) Cases located near your preferred work area Consistent patient assignments Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition Educate patients and families on treatment plans Maintain a safe and clean care environment Qualifications Active RN license in Georgia or participation in the Nurse Licensure Compact Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent accredited organization Minimum of one year of RN experience Valid PPD skin test Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Ability to bend, lift, and assist with patient mobility Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more Fine motor skills for clinical tasks Benefits Weekly pay Dental benefits Holiday pay Life insurance Medical benefits Vision benefits License and certification reimbursement Advanced Care Partners Job ID #132761.
