What You’ll Do In this remote/hybrid role with Eddie Vargas State Farm Agency , you will generate exceptional client experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. You’ll use strong customer service skills to resolve inquiries, communicate with our team, and anticipate the needs of the community members we serve. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations Requirements Interest in marketing products and services Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members People-oriented and detail-oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Able to work in a team environment Reliable computer/internet skills for remote/hybrid work Licensing Notice This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent .
