About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sponsorship & Exhibition Strategy and Sales to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of this key business line. The successful candidate will be responsible for both client and line of business management, with a focus on client strategy, sales leadership, and new business development. This role involves leading a team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high margins, as well as serving as the lead strategist for sponsorship and exhibition on assigned accounts. The VP will also be involved in developing and overseeing best practices, building client relationships, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of sponsored assets. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sponsorship, exhibit, or partnership sales for various events, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a proven track record in revenue growth, package development, and pricing models, as well as experience in managing and coaching sales and operations staff. Strong client relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, particularly with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with forecasting, KPIs, and CRM tools, and agency-side experience is preferred. The position is full-time and remote, with moderate travel requirements.
