Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Work Arrangement: Field-based/remote with regular travel throughout the assigned territory and periodic reporting to the Garner NC headquarters.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated relationship-driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory in North Carolina.

In this role you will prospect for new opportunities conduct customer and site visits identify client needs and present security solutions including Access Control Camera Systems and Visitor Management. You will work with customers across K-12 higher education healthcare government and commercial markets while collaborating with internal sales and technical teams.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable developing relationships managing a territory and driving opportunities through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting networking referrals and territory development activities.
• Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Conduct customer meetings site visits and discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present Access Control Camera Systems Visitor Management and related security solutions.
• Identify key decision-makers and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Prepare proposals and support the sales process from initial contact through close.
• Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support customer needs and project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and provide ongoing customer follow-up to support long-term relationships and sales goals.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Previous experience in outside sales business development account management or a related sales role.
• Proven ability to prospect develop new business and grow customer relationships.
• Strong communication presentation negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to independently manage an assigned territory prioritize opportunities and consistently follow up.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical products and solutions; experience with education healthcare government or commercial customers is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office applications with a valid drivers license and ability to regularly travel throughout the assigned territory.
