SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	19:00 07:30
Days	3 x 12-hour shifts rotating

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor maternal and foetal well-being using EFM throughout active labour
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and operative obstetric procedures
• Administer oxytocin, tocolytics, and epidural support medications per protocol
• Respond to obstetric emergencies including shoulder dystocia and cord prolapse
• Complete delivery and postpartum documentation in the EMR

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS and NRP certifications current
• Minimum 2 years L&D RN experience
• Electronic foetal monitoring proficiency

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• RNC-OB certification
• High-risk obstetrics experience
