We invite you to explore our opportunities and grow your career with us.It is the responsibility of the Warehouse Associate to work with the shipping team to assure that all product is gathered and loaded onto trucks as needed.ResponsibilitiesLocate material and move to the appropriate area using a forklift.Unload packaging and raw material trucks.Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping when required.Load material onto truck trailers properly spacing and arranging material for optimal delivery sequenceVerify material to confirm that the correct items are placed on trucksStage loads for full truck and LTL shipmentsClose production work orders when needed.Some assembly work required.Pick parts and products for the truckCollect and organize items ordered by customers and prepare them for shipment.Operate equipment to collect, deliver, and package goods.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Follow all forklift rules and regulationsFollow warehouse safety guidelines.Adhere to housekeeping standards.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience & Education:1-2 years warehouse experience requiredForklift experience requiredScan Gun experience requiredHigh School Diploma/GED requiredWorking Conditions & Physical Demands:Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds). Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permittedRegularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.We offer 100% employer paid medical plan.
