Step into an impactful role supporting elementary students as a School Psychologist in the greater Mckinney, TX area. This contract opportunity runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering the chance to work onsite within an engaging educational environment. The position is itinerant, keeping each day dynamic as you travel between sites conducting evaluations, while counseling and support services are provided separately by the school.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas School Psychologist license required
• Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to travel between campuses as part of an itinerant team

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform 3-4 psychoeducational evaluations weekly for elementary students
• Use standardized assessment tools to identify student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals on multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare timely, comprehensive evaluation reports to support educational planning
• Maintain thorough, confidential records in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Participate in eligibility and individualized education plan (IEP) meetings as needed
