Cashier - Cast Member

Job Description Cashier – frontline service at Chuck E. Cheese. Responsible for taking orders, processing payments, assisting guests with prizes, and providing excellent customer service. Compensation Hourly range: $16.90 – $17.90. Commission potential: Exempt: $0.50 – $10.00 per Membership sold, $0.15 – $3.00 per Fun Pass sold. Non‑Exempt: $2.00 – $8.00 per Membership sold, $0.60 – $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. Payments are made bi‑weekly (unless state law requires otherwise). Minimum Qualifications Minimum age of 16 years. Available to work various shifts. Excellent customer service skills. Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Essential Job Functions Take orders, process payments, and assist guests with prizes. Lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during scheduled shift. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat as needed. Handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. Work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
