Responsibilities:

• Establish and refine "signed off" quality instructions, standards and documentation
• Ensure supplied product quality according requirements
• Report against agreed quality metrics on a daily/monthly basis
• Lead regular meetings with suppliers during serial production to define root cause and corrective actions for improving quality
• Checking of documentation during project "hand over" to production
• Collaborate with team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure change management in serial life done in define manners according define procedure and responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction tough problem solving and communication
• Tracking of supplier NCRs and reporting
• Tracking on suppliers' performance
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Requirements:

• Strong communication abilities – able to effectively relay information to different people from direct colleagues to engineers and managers
• The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines
• Able to complete daily tasks with extreme attention to detail
• Be able to follow verbal and/or written instructions (English)
• Sound technological understanding of RIMAC products
• Basic understanding of product development methods and tools
• Proficient in documentation standards and procedures
• High problem solving capabilities
• Profound understanding of relevant quality standards and norms, i.e. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
