Receptionist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols. Provide information regarding facility services, events, and resident activities. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars as needed. Support administrative staff with filing, data entry, photocopying, and other clerical duties. • Maintain resident and visitor confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Monitor the front lobby and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established facility procedures. Assist with resident and family inquiries, directing concerns to the appropriate department. Maintain office supplies inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed. Support special events, resident activities, and community functions as assigned.

HOUSEKEEPER - ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES

1.     Maintain patient/resident rooms in a clean and sanitary condition.

2.     Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, and sweep all areas of the facility.

3.     Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets.

4.     Clean mirrors and windows.

5.     Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies.

6.     Keep cleaning equipment in good working order.

7.     Maintain clean storage area for equipment and supplies.

8.     Monitor inventory of supplies such as paper towels, soap and toilet paper.

9. Handle and dispose of waste using standard procedures.
