Instructional Designer- Dublin, OH

Position Overview This role helps develop custom learning solutions for over 200,000 learners across the Wendy’s system. The focus is on creating eLearning, instructor‑led content, and real‑time performance support aids. Responsibilities Develop eLearning courses, including audio, video, simulation, etc. (25%) Develop just‑in‑time training solutions: visual training aids, user guides, software/hardware manuals, microlearning videos (25%) Develop instructor‑led training resources: instructor guides, participant workbooks and presentations (25%) Assist with photo/video shoots (20%) Develop custom icons, graphics & visual elements (5%) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or Professional Instructional Design Certification (required) Minimum 1+ years of experience developing custom learning solutions for diverse target audiences. Expertise with eLearning development tools (Articulate, Captivate). Expertise with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Acrobat DC). Expertise with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Teams, Excel). Ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional subject matter experts. Advanced technical writing and general business communication skills (PowerPoint, email). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Location Expected Work Location (In Office): Wendy’s Restaurant Support Center (RSC), 1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017, or other location(s) designated by the Company. Required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $63,000 – $107,000 annually. Base pay will vary based on internal equity and candidate qualifications.
