Guest Services Coordinator (Seasonal)

divh2Guest Services Coordinator/h2pAs our Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns./ppThis is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability./ppJob Requirements:/pulliGreet and establish rapport with guests/liliField resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager/liliCheck guests in and out for their reservations/liliPerform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing/liliComplete and maintain resort records, reports, and files/liliPrepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc./liliEnsure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed/liliAssist with the preparation of marketing materials/li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulliIntermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service/liliPrior administrative experience is preferred/liliResort office or hotel front desk experience is a plus/li/ulpThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
