Senior Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Support sales functions by assisting with quote preparation, project development, and proposals. Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents, attending pre‑bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and setting customer expectations. Manage change orders—identify opportunities, recommend solutions, facilitate quotes, apply pricing strategies, and close orders. Maintain customer satisfaction through building relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with stakeholders. Oversee subcontractor processes: RFQ, award, execution, communication guidelines, billing, and safety. Financially manage projects: cash flow, monthly cost/revenue forecasts, cost at completion, expense monitoring, collections support, and backlog reviews. Create and maintain project schedules: tasks, dependencies, milestones, critical path, resource assignments, and coordinate with Controls PM on communication and plan reviews. Lead project administration: knowledge of contract penalty clauses, reporting deficiencies, guiding corrective actions, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, safety guidelines, and liaison with governing agencies. Qualifications Advanced understanding of construction energy project development and opportunities. Knowledge of all construction systems and technologies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor other project managers. Ability to influence without authority, organizational expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to lead a project team. Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Project Management, or equivalent experience of 7–10 years. Ability to obtain a General Contracting license is a plus. Experience with project scheduling and construction project management software. Compensation Annual base salary range: $97,406.66 – $156,200.00. Salary is incentive‑eligible. Compensation is tailored to seniority, merit, location, education, experience, travel, and union designation. Benefits Health insurance and holistic wellness programs begin on dayone.
