Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift – Muncie, IN $23–$29/hour + 10% shift differential Mount Kemble Search Group, a division of CoWorx Staffing Services, is hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our clients' manufacturing operations in Muncie. This is a great opportunity for hands-on maintenance professionals—flexible on industry background—who want to grow with a global aerospace leader. Electrical experience is a plus, and we're willing to train the right candidate. This is a F/T direct placement to the client – $25 -$30 per hour, BOE.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
• Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• 1+ year using general hand tools
• 1+ year of machinist experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
