Covers the Hawaii Standard Time business day. First voice for Hawaii and Pacific-region clients. What You'll Do: Resolve Tier 1 issues like password resets and printer problems. Support Windows, Microsoft 365, macOS, and Open Dental. Document work and escalate when necessary. What We're Looking For: 1+ years technical support and customer service.
