Shipping & Receiving Clerk

SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK, MID-CENTRAL ELECTRIC

Mid-Central Electric is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at our manufacturing plant in Oregon, Wisconsin. As the Shipping & Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for testing Transformers, receiving incoming orders, managing inventory and processing orders for shipment.

LOCATION: Fully Onsite - 880 Market St, Oregon, WI 53575

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving incoming orders and putting material away.
• Pulling inventory from warehouse location to support production.
• Maintaining a stocked, neat and safe environment.
• Packaging finished goods as per customer requirements.
• Verifying the correct product ships against the sales order.
• Using approved vendors for specific shipping methods when appropriate.
• Testing Transformers as needed.
• Assisting in other areas of manufacturing during periods of slow volume.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrated dependable performance with consistent schedule adherence.
• Proficiency in computer entry (Microsoft Office).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Forklift certification preferred.
