You clock in to a clean, organized cell on 1st or 2nd shift. A fresh job packet is waiting—blueprints, specs, and inspection criteria. You verify the print, touch off tools, dial in offsets, and swap inserts as needed. The first-piece run checks out—calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges confirm you’re in tolerance. As the lot runs, you keep a steady eye on quality while making smart adjustments. Between cycles, you help with setups (if you’re a setup tech) or support changeovers and learn new machines (if you’re a strong operator growing into setup).

• CNC Operators and Setup Technicians
• 1st and 2nd shift opportunities
• Work on mills, lathes, or both—based on your background

• Hands-on CNC mill and/or lathe experience
• Confidence with offsets, tool changes, and insert changes
• Setup experience (preferred for some roles, not required for all)
• Blueprint literacy and in-process quality inspection
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and related metrology tools

• Up to $32/hour, based on experience
• 4-day work week
• Overtime available
• 2nd shift premium: 10% per hour (hourly wage)

• CNC Mills: 3–4 axis VMC (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathes: 2–4 axis (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• Advanced Lathes: 5+ axis (Mazak, Okuma, Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki)
