Overnight Customer Service Dispatcher

About the Role We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, resolve concerns, process new accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner. Assist clients with questions, requests, and concerns. Investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional approach. Process and establish new customer accounts. Request and process applicable fees in accordance with company procedures. Update daily reports and maintain accurate customer and account information. Document customer interactions and important account details. Work with internal team members to resolve customer issues and ensure appropriate follow-up. Exercise independent judgment when handling unusual or escalated situations. Adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and customer needs. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, call center, office administration, or client-support experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and courteous demeanor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations. Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software. Ability to learn new computer systems and processes quickly. Strong typing and data-entry skills.
