This is a fully onsite role in Monroe, NY. No remote opportunity. 

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, and optimizing performance while focusing on security and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using a variety of technologies including Ruby on Rails, Python, Django, JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
• Implement responsive user interfaces and enhance user experience through innovative design and development.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment systems into applications to streamline user transactions and interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a timely manner.
• Perform rigorous testing including regression testing, load testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails, Ruby, HTML, CSS, Django, Python, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks, debugging techniques, web architecture, and security protocols.
• Experience with APIs, plugins, and payment systems integration.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies including unit tests, regression tests, and load testing.
