Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a 24/7 Cancer Care Clinic, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Key Responsibilities: Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, ensures safety, participates in quality and regulatory activities, and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Patient Care Duties: Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Manages urgent care needs for oncology patients and supports transition from outpatient to inpatient care when criteria are met.
