Job Description

Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Creating UPS labels.
• Printing Labels.
• Responsible for QA/QC sheets.
• Printing Certificates of Disposal (CDs)
• Mailing out manifests and CDs to customers
• Filing of manifests
• Printing and filing of profiles
• 2nd backup of receiving inbound loads

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience providing administrative support including Hazardous/Non-Hazardous waste, generating reports, and some DOT, EPA & OSHA experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in transportation and logistics services
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be willing and able to work in team and fast passed environment
• Must possess strong communication skills
