Nation Security is seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Security Field Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Ensure all mandatory reports and log entries are fulfilled, investigating any incidents that occur
• Use sound decision-making abilities in accordance with relevant best practices, policies, and procedures
• Hold an up-to-date security license and a valid driver's license with a spotless driving history
• Must have a Class D license and a Class G license in hand
• Must have experience in leading a team
• Willingness to adapt to different work schedules

Candidate's Requirements:

• Must Have at least 1 year of Supervisor experience
• Must have a Clean Driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent required, Security or Law Enforcement training and/or experience required active security officer license, and clean driving record required
• Must possess good working knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and operational best practices; must be reliable and dependable
• Must have availability and flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and nights, as required by the operation of a 24/7 service
• Must have the ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, dispatch, and the public, to understand and follow Standard Operating. Spanish is a plus
• Must have a valid class D license issued by the State of Florida
• Must have a valid class G license issued by the state of Florida if armed
• Must have a valid FL Driver’s License
• Must be available to work immediately
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have and know how to operate a smartphone
• Able to pass a background check with no felony convictions
• Complete security-related projects and assignments to acceptable standards on schedule
• Monitor, document, and enforce procedural rules and regulations
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written, in a multicultural, highly professional setting
• No criminal record; absolute honesty and unquestionable integrity
• Flexible work schedule
